At Skinoire, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where there’s an issue from our side, we’ve got you covered.

When Can I Return a Product?
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery, or
  • You received a wrong item that you didn’t order.

Return Window:
If your order meets the above criteria, you must report the issue and request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • No product exchanges are offered.

If your return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, we will accept the item back but will not replace it with another product.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days. Send us clear photos along with your order details so we can verify the issue.
